Brockton High Seniors On TV Tonight

BROCKTON--Tune in to WCVB Channel 5's 5:30 p.m. broadcast tonight Monday, January 30th to see Brockton High School Seniors Samara and Tamara Pires profiled as part of the station's A+ Series.
The twins, who have cerebral palsy, are major sources of school spirit, taking part in after-school activities and serving as boosters for sports teams.

"They are AWESOME kids," said Principal Susan Szachowicz in a prepared statement.
"Both girls have cerebral palsy and are in wheelchairs – and getting around gigantic Brockton High in wheelchairs is an amazing feat in itself. Both Samara and Tamara are great students, but most importantly two of the hardest working, most dedicated students. They love Brockton High, and we love having them," Szachowicz said.
